Correct use of the word considerate

Hello all you friendly people sitting in front of a computer Emotion: smile

Would anyone of you help me to figure out in which of those sentences listed the phrase "considerate" is used correctly?
I'm specifically interested in knowing whether it is possible to use it as a byword for" make sure" meant in a more anxious way + if it's useable without a preposition I guess...
( I hope my explanation makes sense Emotion: big smile )

1. She is always considerate of never coming late. ( She always makes sure never to not come late)

2. She is always considerate never to come late.

Many thanks !
