Correct use of "never"

Please which of these sentences is correct?
i never went to his house or i never gone to his house.

Kindly show me the rules.

I've never gone/been to his house. (And now I'm not there) I never went to his house. (The house doesn't exist anymore or going there is impossible.

I've never gone/been to his house. (And now I'm not there)

I never went to his house. (The house doesn't exist anymore or going there is impossible. We are talking about something that used to be in the past.)

Review the three principle parts of a verb.

go - went - gone

The third is preceded by a form of have.

So you have either I never went or I have never gone.
