Correct use of im going to

I am quite familiar with the english language and yesterday, my also non-english friend sent a meme and said "da f*k ima f*ked"

Thought he was having a stroke but turns out he actually meant it. Now i'm curious, have you ever heard a native speak like this? Even with the correct use "da f* ima be f***ked", that passive form doesnt sound natural to me, especially since he rarely speaks english with me. What do you say?
