Correct use of I and Me

Many of us make mistakes while using the words I and Me . They are often used in place of each other. The difference between them are given below:-

I- Used as a subject of a verb.

Me- Used as the subject of the verb.

Me is sometimes used informally where formal grammar requires I.

Johnny has more toys than me.

Q: Who wants an ice cream cone?

A: (yelling) Me!

The opposite (I used in place of me) is much less common.
