correct use of apostrophe

What is the correct way to say :
Use the shea butter to have more adherence between the therapists hands and clients tissue. (my question is for "therapists", is it apostrophe, then "s", or just an "s"

You can use either therapist's or therapists' and client's or clients' , since it does not make any difference in this sentence whether you are speaking of just one of them or all of them.
