Correct use "many"

Hi,
Please help a non-native english speaker.
Is this a correct sentence?
"Many congratulations wiht your marriage"
I have some doubts over the use of many.

'Many' sounds fine there, but I'd exchange 'with' with 'on' or 'upon'.

"Many" is fine.
"wiht" should be "on".
