correct use

hallo people!
i am wondering which the correct pair is
1)the ones who have been killed=the ones having been killed
or
2)the ones who have been killed=the ones been killed

Hello Anon; Please give sentences, because some phrases are possible but not used very often. T he ones who have been killed will be remembered in a memorial service. I cannot think of an example for "the ones having been killed" even though it is grammatically OK.

I cannot think of an example for "the ones having been killed" even though it is grammatically OK.

the ones been killed is not grammatically correct.
