Correct usage of "persons" and "yourself"

In the following sentence, should the word "persons" be changed to "people", and should the word "yourself" be changed to "you"?

It is through the willingness and caring of persons like yourself that we are able to share such enriching experiences as the CRHP Reunion within our parish.
