Correct usage of prnouns

Which one of the following are correct?

SET 1

Between you and I, they deserve to have a special article written about them.

Between you and me, they deserve to have a special article written about them.

SET 2

I hope that Rebecca and me will be able to attend the ceremony.

I hope that Rebecca and I will be able to attend the ceremony.

Also, please let me know what logic you are using to decide wether the above "prnoun" forms the subject or the object?

" "Between" is a preposition. Thus it is followed by the object form of pronoun. Set 2: You basically have two sentences: I hope + Rebecca and I will be able to attend the ceremony.
