Correct usage of "in, on and at"

Hello everybody! I am an english learner. I would like to improve my english. I am sometimes very conscious of the proper use of "in, on and at". I'm confusing of its proper usage. Is there anybody who can give me the best detailed explanation about it? Thank you so much.
