Correct usage of as or as being

I would like to ask anyone who knows how to use the verb view or see. To view/see something as a good sign or to view/see something as being a good sign: which is correct? Thank you very much for your help.

Both 'view' and 'see' are possible. 'being' is not at all necessary. I would use 'see' and omit 'being'.

Both 'view' and 'see' are good. DON'T LET ANYONE STEER YOU WRONG - Being a good sign OR a good sign ARE BOTH correct.
