Correct usage of "and" and "comma"

Hi there,

I'm a phd student and currently working on a peer-reviewed journal paper. I got a simple question which is that I'd like to link several words (liver tumor, kidney tumor, prostate tumor, and uterine fibroid) together by comma(,) and "and". But I don't know the correct format. Could you help me with this.

A. Ultrasound could treat "liver, kidney, and prostate tumor, and uterine fibroid."
B. Ultrasound could treat "liver tumor, kidney tumor, prostate tumor, uterine fibroid."

Which one is correct? A, B, or other correct format?

Thank you very much.
