Correct usage in these examples

1. This will be my final record, they're will be no others, unless I get a new contract.

2. This will be my final record, unless I get a new contract.

3. This will be my final record. They're will be no others, unless I get a new contract.

Are these all correct? Would we class the first example's comma usage as a list or the bold section an

interjection: If it's not a list then it's a comma splice is it not?
