Correct usage.

Her father announced on multiple social media networks, that
his daughter had passed away.

It is with a broken heart, that I have to inform all of you that my youngest daughter passed away.

These were written with a comma in an article on-line but you can't have a sentence beginning with that if there is not a complete sentence preceding it, right ?

These examples are just complete sentences with a comma placed before that ?

These would be ok examples with a comma, right.

He listened to what was said, then spoke no more.

He listened to what was said, that much we know.
