Hi,

Bombastic English: "I have a strong interest in working for your company."

Simple English: "I would like to work for your company."

But:
"I would like to work in your office."
"I would like to work at your school."

I find them both grammatically correct.
Stylistically, "for" is 'warmer'; it emphasizes your willingness to contribute.
"at" is "cooler", more business-like.

Opinions will differ on this point.
