Correct this sentence for me

Does your dad seem like the guy who would tell people where he's going?

Why is it seem instead of seems?

It's very simple. Normally you form your questions with 'do' except in the third person singular (he/she) when you use 'does'. Since 'does' is already changed to satisfy the third person singular requirement, there's no need to change the main verb form.
