Can anybody tell me if this sentence is correct and if its incorrect why is it wrong.

No, GG, gargantual isn't a word, not as per my dictionaries.

Another point is that you need to say are highly annoying and of gargantuan proportions because you are describing two attributes of the word 'annoyances'.
