correct this please

Hi,

It has been a long time since I saw last. You asked me to help you to do better at your English class. Have you tried reading more like easy-to-read novels? That can help you to get better at understanding word meanings and thus increase your comprehension. Not only reading helps you to understand the contents of English texts, I think it will help you to speak better and write better. It doesn't have to be a novel, it could be any types of writing material out there. I strongly recommend you read more. As you read, you will gain self-confidence and you will progress further toward English proficiency. Had I read more when I was younger, I am sure I would be a better person now in terms of having a higher capacity to make money and thus have more opportunities and choices available for me to take advantage of.

Should we meet again to talk about this topic more in depth. When are you available? I am availble on this Satuday -- are you availble on that day too? Please call me. To me, talking about a topic like this that stimulates one's thoughts is a good way to spend a few hours on a weekend. I hope you feel the same way to. I will be waiting for your call. Let's go dutch if we are going to eat in the restaurant. Did you say in our last meeting that you attend two schools in China? What are they? What are the names? I know some prestigious schools in China.

Bye.

Is the sentence "I strongly recommend you read more" correct? Is "you read more" a noun clause?
What conditional is this? Let's go dutch if we are going to eat in the restaurant.
Can I use "two schools" to ask for information? Since the names remain the same for the most part through the years, can I use "are" instead of "were" in "What are they?"
