00If I am elected I will make the following changes for the betterment of our organization. Changing times we are living in seem to ask us to adapt and make some necessary changes for us to progress further. To remain status quo means to me is to regress backward. Every other organizations seem to be equipping themselves for changing times and I feel we need to makes these changes which are listed below. Under my leadership, I will assure you that these changes will be made and will be done at the right time.02br
