Hi everyone,

I am trying to organize a Bible study group in this company and if you are interested, I hope you will let me know, so that I can include you in the roster for the group. The Bible study group will be held once twice week at Room 111 on the first floor of ZZZ building. I am expecting to have twenty or so people to join our group. This will be a group which will promote a Christian fellowship among believers in our company and will help to learn more about the words of God in a nurturing environment.

There will be a three-hundred-dollar annual fee for each member to cover some food expenses as we hold our twice-a-month meetings. The meetings are expected to last for around two hours and in each meeting, we will have a topic to discuss as a group. The topic to be discussed at each meeting will be e-mailed to the member about two weeks before so there will be plenty of time to look up the related articles for the upcoming discussion. We will not be able to provide you any articles to read but can suggest you some articles if you feel needed.

I think this will be a great group and will be very beneficiary to our spiritual growth. I hope you will join our group and be a vital part of this much-needed group.

Have a nice day.

Sincerely,

ZZXX

Thank you, GG.

Few questions if you can and don't mind:

1) Which phrase is correct?

help to learn better. (You told me to not to put to here, I know.)

help him to learn better.

help him learn better. (Do we always need an object here?)

2) What is the difference?

We will not be able to provide anything.
