Correct these sentences please.............

1.He said "i will go tomorrow".

2.He said that he would go tomorrow.

Could anyone tell me which one is correct and I would always get confused with these kind of sentences, I need more examples of these sort of sentences, May I know where will i find those, If anybody knows the website address please do let me know. I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Thank you so much in advance.
