Correct these questions please

I wrote some sentences to be corrected but didn't receive a correct effort, so I have rewritten some sentences to ask for your help.

Please correct these potential questions for a questionnare.

1. Where have you gone in your last vacation? Have you been (gone?) to more than one place? Then how many?

2. What do you remember most about your experiences during the last vacation? Please write it briefly.

3. As to the places you went, would you go back to any of those places again? Why?

4. What was the most distressing thing about going on a vacation? Please wirte it briefly.

5. Do you think having more money makes the planning for the vacation easier? Please depend your position briefly.

6. What do you think are advantages and disadvantages of taking vacation abroad or taking vacation some place in the country?

Hi. Thank ypu. As to no. 1, why does it have to be past tenses? If these questions were prepared to hand out to people to fill out just after the vacation has ended, then would you say the present perfect tenses would be correct too? I think a few days after the end of the vacation means it's still in their memory, the experience is fresh (so to speak) and the issue is pretty current (if I am n
