2. If he is looking for feminine, fancy and beautiful is what he is looking for, he has found ... -- adjectives possible after 'for'?

I can't understand the repetition of 'is what he is looking for' in this context. It seems wrong to me.

The repetition is definitely wrong. However, you can have an adjevtive after "for". Your sentence could be:

If he is looking for something feminine, fancy, and beautiful, he can find that in the gifts shop.
