correct the use of "PLEASE KINDLY" phrase

Please kindly call..., Thus my grammar correct? if not how to use it.

"Please" or "kindly" is redundant here. It would be better to say "Please call" or "Kindly call". Don't use both in one sentence, for they are synonyms
