Correct the sentence
Is u looking for fresher or experience candidates?
One small request sir,
My friend was searching a job in multimedia sector such as web designer, graphic designer etc. He does not have any industrial experience in animation field but he is very talented person. His qualification is B.Com (CA) & finished Animation courses in Arena multimedia but suddenly he got a E-project from his institute and that project going to end on 20th March 2011 only because of that he can't join immediately in your concern so if he got selected there is any possibility to join after 20th March pls let me know asap.
And he can able to work on Mon to Fri because on sat & sun he having a drawing classes at Ponammallae till Nov 2011 to updates his drawing skill. So, if your accept for this request means kindly schedule the interview for him .....

In Canada, this approach would be unlkely to be successsful.
An employer would probably think this.
1. He hasn't got the initiative to approach me himself. It doesn't sound like he's serious about finding a job.
