Correct the passage please........

Dear sir/madam,I have written a passage. If there are any mistakes and if that is not effective please do correct it.Hi sir/madam, I am from abc, I have been occupying a site of 30*40 for more than 25 years, I need to get get documents for that site because I want to sell it. I took this site in 1988 from an old person who was about 65 years old and now he is no more, and when i took this site this old man's son was 32 years old, we dint make a registration that day, but he wrote it in 5 dollars stamp paper stating that, From now this site belongs to you and all which has a complete description of 2 pages about the site and to whom they are selling it. But there is no sign of his son who was about 32 years old that time. That old man sold the property without his son permission. I took this property in 1988 and i paid tax for 3 years thats in 1992, 1993 and 1994, later i dint pay tax till now, but i still stay there. The documents all i have now is That 5 rupees stamp paper which he wrote and gave in 1988 and that 3 years tax documents. I want original documents on my name. Please do suggest me in this case. But now there is no sign of his son who was about 32 years old that time. That old man sold the property without his son permission. I took this property in 1988 and I paid tax for 3 years, that's 1992, 1993 and 1994. Later I didn't pay tax, but I still stayed there. All the documents I have now is that 5 rupees stamp paper which he wrote and gave in 1988 and the 3 years tax documents. I want the original documents on my name.
