Correct the mistakes

1. Anyone who(A) has been to an agricultural fair(B) knows that there is no reason why anyone(C) should go home hungrily(D).

2. Searching for alternative(A) forms of energy does not necessary(B) mean the abandonment(C) of fossil fuels as an energy source(D).

Which is incorrect? Please help me correct them?

I think after Anyone must be THAT. So in sentence 1 (A) is incorrect, isn't it?

(a) is correct. And I am very sure that "that" cannot come after "anyone" in the sentence.

I think this is the correct one.'alternate' sounds incorrect to me.
