Respected Sir,
I am Pallavi and working in PVT sector. I have a problem. Please solve the problem. Someone used my debit card and placed an order in Flipkart for a product on 23rd Jan 2018 at 10:33 PM. I got message from SBI Bank on 23rd Jan 2018 at 10:35 PM. Message details i.e., “Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 659XXX3211 for a purchase worth Rs. 599.0 on POS PAYUST000006159 at http://www.flipkart.com txn#071000595652.” Then I realized someone using my debit card for purchasing the product.
Please cancel the order using above details. 23rd jan who ordered the product at the time of 10:33 PM with above POS PAYUST and txn numbers. Sir, I don’t know exact time they ordered but I got message from SBI at 10:35 pm. Approximately I think it is 10:33 PM.
Please accept my request. Once again I request you to cancel the order and refund the money as soon as possible. Please credit the amount 599/- in my paytm wallet number 9407589661.
