Hi. I believe I have asked a question that dealt with this issue (?) as part of a whole question a few days ago, and I think it didn't appear at this forum. I wish you (any of you, teachers) would help me.
Are the following (italicized parts) correct as the writing decribing a scene of actions. I believe the following would be good as part of some sort of a short writing exercise.
Scene1 (situation?): He is riding the subway and sees an old lady without a seat standing near him.
Possible question: What would you do if you were that person?
Another scene (situation?): On the way to school, you feel very hungry and go into a fast food restaurant to eat breakfast. As it turns out, you spend too much time, and you arrive at school late.
Possible question: Did this or something similar to this happen to anyone?
