Correct Tenses?
Hello,
I am having some troubles with completing this sentences. I hope you will help me and put the verbs in brackets in the correct tenses. If the is more than one tense possible please write them all. Thanks!
1)Ann woke up in the middle of the night. She was frightened. She ______ (dream).
2)We usually grow vegetables in our garden, but this year we _______ (not grow) any.

Yes, it's quite possible. I just got tired of listing them all. It's fine if you want to state it more as a fact and less as a plan.
In conversation, you'd say 'We won't grow any'.

Cutting EdgeI asked you such question because my English teacher said it isn`t correct, and I got bad mark.If your teacher told you that "We usually grow vegetables in our garden, but this year we will not grow any" was incorrect, then s/he overlooked the possibility of it being said at the start of the year.
