Correct tense: is/ was related to "have ever got"

I have made up the sentences below.

(1a) This is the first video game I have ever got in my collection.

(1b) This was the first video game I have ever got in my collection.

(2a) The first seashell I have ever got is very colorful.

(2b) The first seashell I have ever got was very colorful.

(2c) The first seashell I had ever got was very colorful.

Most of my non-native English speaking friends think they are all possible except (2b). I am not sure if they are correct. Please help me. Thank you very much for all your help.
