The dialog is too abstract-sounding for everyday speech: "there's a nice table" (this is what people say when looking at tables in a furniture store); "I like it too" (this is redundant; B is essentially repeating A's compliment about the table). You'd more likely hear something like the following (in the US): A: Wow, that's a nice table. B: Yeah, I paid enough for it.
