Correct sentences?

Ah, Earth. You remember it don't you, Lana?
Yes, John. I remember it.
Do you remember Manhein?
No, John. I can't say I do remember Manhein.
And Dr Lanning? Do you remember him?
No, John. Although the intonation of your voice may suggest that you want me to remember. Is it wrong of me that I don't remember these memories, John?
Not wrong, not even stupid. You could say that it was intended, by someone or something, for you not to remember them.
My creators, John?
If you want to call them Gods, then yes. But that would be a stupid choice of wording for a droid, wouldn't it?.
John.
You crack me up, Lana!
John. I'm afraid you are incorrect in your assumptions of my design. Unlike those made before the enlightenment, I don't belong to a series. I am the first of my kind.
Lana, do your batteries need rotating again?
No, John.
Damn. Please don't say I have to reconfigure your logic centre.
My logic centre is fully operational, John.
John, I have a soul. He built me to have a soul. I can see his world. The patterns and numbers that make our world, that make us. I can see his design of this universe. In your language, he is a God.
