Correct sentences?

Hi! everyone.Could You tell me,how do I say these?
1-Which of you have done your work?(According to me it means that I am asking about more than one person thats why I used "have"?
2-Which of you has done his work?(and I used "has" for asking about one person) Please make it clear to me I am confused should I use "has" for asking both plural and singular people? Please tell me the difference between the above two?
Thanks!
