Correct Sentences

What needs to be done to correct this sentence.

The case against the Dallas based company was handled in Seattle.

Add a hyphen after Dallas and after based.
add a hyphen after Dallas and a comma after company.
add a hyphen after Dallas.

i have chosen add a hyphen after dallas and a comma after company because I dont think this sentence is already punctuated correcly. please help. Thanks
