Correct sentence help

Are these sentences correct? What do they mean?

Only by doing so can separate the men from the boys.

In ancient times, once hands were laid on people and they were prayed for, the demons would come out of them.

Today, through the injustice expressed in this case, the supreme court will judge afterwards.
Today, the supreme court will judge through the injustice expressed in this case.

I have finished the work of building the house accompanied with patience.
