Correct sentence?

anonymousThese sentences have conditions though. For eg. I would say he is awesome if somebody asked me about him.

Yes, even if there's only a hint of conditionality, it is sometimes there, even if it is a fairly vacuous condition.

Unfortunately I have more questions.
A: That would be Jo calling. I'll answer it.

B: We saw a police helicopter overhead yesterday morning. | Really? They would have been looking for those bank robbers.

Don’t these woulds in the sentences above show uncertainty?

one more sentence.

A: I think Daniel would know about it.

Does this sentence have implied condition too like if you asked him?

Hi CJ, this is how I have ended up understanding how would are used. Woulds are used for the following uses.

1: To talk about the past like past habitual.

2: To talk about the future in the past.

3: To express conditional mood.

I am very clear on uses 1 and 2. Let’s talk about uses 3. I believe all of these sentences below are in conditional mood with different purposes. Some show advice, some show politeness, some show uncertainty through conditional mood. Let’s look at the sentences below.

A: Would you open the door for me? “Would” here shows politeness but is in conditional mood. Like would you open the door for me? (if I asked you)

B: It would suggest that she is not giving up on me. “Would” here shows uncertainty but in a conditional mood. For eg. It would suggest that he is not giving up on me. (If I was understanding it correctly)

C: That would be Jo calling. I'll answer it. “Would” here shows politeness or probability but has conditional mood. For eg, That would be Joe calling (if what I think were correct).

D: We saw a police helicopter overhead yesterday morning. | Really? They would have been looking for those bank robbers if what I guessed were correct.

All of the woulds used in the sentences above have conditional mood but with different purposes of meaning. This is what I have understood woulds. What do you think?

You may be overthinking this. Depending on which teacher you ask, there are a different number of types of "would". Have a look at this video, where you'll see "would"s classified into 10 different types, and some of them aren't very different from the others.
