Correct sentence?

Some physical changes that can take place as you grow up are your body, your face and the texture of your skin.

Is my sentence correct and acceptable? Thanks in advance.

You are saying that your body and your face are physical changes, which isn't right. They are not themselves changes: they are parts that may be subject to change or affected by change.
