Is the sentence below correct grammatically.

"After ten minutes,Jack saw a worried-looking lady rushed towards the girl and hugged her tightly."

Is the usage of "rushed" and "hugged" here correct?

If the worried lady hugged the girl then use this:

After ten minutes, Jack saw a worried-looking lady rush towards the girl and hug her tightly.

If Jack hugged the girl, then use this:
"After ten minutes, Jack saw a worried-looking lady, rushed towards the girl and hugged her tightly."
