Correct sentence?

Hi! everyone,Could you tell me whether the below sentence is correct or it needs amendment ?
-Sara Listen to this song and tell me does it remind you of the word that you once named me with.
Now what confuses me is the preposition "with" at the end of the sentence, should I use that preposition in the above sentence?
About this sentence-A lover is asking his beloved whether she knows the name of a character I think referred to in the lyrics of the song.
Thanks!
