Correct Sentence?

Is "Today you left earlier and then I was bored" a legitimate sentence?

Or do I need to change it to like
"Today you left earlier and then I became bored."
"Today you left earlier and now I am bored."

They're all okay.

Without prior context, I'd probably say, "Today you left early, and then etc."
When you say, "earlier," we might ask, "Earlier than what?"

(Today you left earlier than you normally do.)
