Correct sentence

I am still confused on the correct usage of certain English language structures.I would be very grateful if you could englighten me whether the following sentences are correct grammatically.

(1) I am going to fetch my car which is being parked at a parking lot near my apartment. Is it correct to use the word " fetch" to refer to a situation whereby I am going to take my car to go somewhere ? The sentence above means I wanted to fetch my car to go somewhere not to take it to my apartment. Can I replace the word "fetch" with "take" ?

(2) I have surrendered the keys to my vehicle to the workshop foreman . Can I replace "have " with "had" ?

(3) My car, bearing the registration no: KPP099, has been stolen. Is it compulsory to put "the" before the word "bearing" ? Is the word "has" acceptable ?

Thanks for help.
