Correct sentence

Hii

Could you please check whether the following sentences are correct or not?

1) I would like to take this opportunity to wish you, as today is your birthday that I suppose.

2) Hope you are doing fine there and your family in native place as well.

But I want to know something else for the sentences. I will rewrite the 1st sentence:

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you, as today is your birthday that I suppose.

Here I am not sure whether his birthday is today or not; but there is a slight memory that today is his birthday. So,

I hope you are doing fine there and your family is fine back in your home town.
