if you use "the sea", it means you go to sea where you always go.. but if you use just " sea ", you go to sea where is anywhere..

No, that difference is completely incorrect.

If you "go to sea" you go out in/on a boat, onto the ocean. You plan to sail (or motor) around in the ocean. It implies it's a trip of some length. If you're spending the day sailing around in the bay by your hotel, you have not "gone to sea."

If you "go to the sea" it simple means you go on a vacation/holiday by the sea side.
