Correct Sentence

Hello,
I just wanted to know if the below sentence is correct or incorrect. If it is incorrect then why?

"Kindly confirm your request from ‘Email Removed’ regarding to change the ownership of the domain."
(i just want to know what is exactly wrong in this, as I have to explain it to QC department)

Actually, I find it incorrect and I think it should be written as below:

"Kindly confirm your request from ‘Email Removed’ regarding the ownership change of the domain."
