It is correct, but a clearer communication would be 'name the pieces of clothing worn by men and women.'

Sir,

Name the clothes worn by men and women.

Name =verb

the clothes=object of the verb name

worn=(past participle of the verb wear)

But, What is the function of "worn" here?

Thanks.

It is the head of the nonfinite clause, 'worn by men and women'; the clause is a postmodifier of 'clothes'.

1.Name the clothes that are worn by men and women.

are (1) and (2) same?

Thanks.

2 is a reduced form of the full relative clause in 1.
