The three examples can be restated in such a way that their conversion into questions is only a matter of word order:

1. She does have several brothers and sisters.

2. She does have a bowl of soup, some vegetables & some fish.

3. Roberto does have many friends.

Change
"have" to "do have",
"has" to "does have", and
"had" to "did have".
(Note that "have" is always the second element.)
Then invert the word order.

She has a bowl of soup.
She does have a bowl of soup.
Does she have a bowl of soup?

They had a dog.
They did have a dog.
