Correct punctuation

Hi,

Are these correct in terms of grammar?

Not doing enough during school hours, taking longer breaks than usual, and going home before the final bell rings. These are perennial problems that confront our school and have been screaming for some immediate measures.

Tardiness, Slow or no participation, and Resisting constructive instruction. These are what have been confronting our school year after after for the past five years I have been here.
