1. (Part of instructions in a language activity)

The question can be asked to any person sitting in the circle.

2. For more articles about/on the incarnation, go to this website. -- For this, I would opt for 'about' eventhough 'on' may be OK/correct too.

Fine. Actually, all the choices will work, but I also prefer to in #1. I think both are equally OK for #2.
