Correct, please

Are these sentences and expressions correct?

  1. Everybody wants to eat neither expensive nor awful meals so the choice is easy - people drop fast foods.
  2. The Native American's country (the+adjective = a group of people)
  3. the blind's guide dogs (the+ adjective)
  4. I would like to stay 8 days/ for 8 days.
  5. Suddenly I remembered her face/ reminded myself her face.
